The Fashionista....

Versace, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs....eat your heart out, you don't have anything on this sassy little girl!

Ivy has recently taken interest in dressing herself. For the most part I've been trying to guide her into making choices that match but sometimes I would let her pick out the entire outfit from head to toe and it was always entertaining. So I decided to let her do it everyday for a week with out any guidance to see what she came up with.

So every morning after breakfast I would take her to her room and say "Ivy what do you want to wear?"  She would then pick out her outfit and then I would ask her "Ivy how do you want your hair?"

You can tell that she really likes Tinkerbell, her owl skirt, and her pink shoes.  Also, she calls shirts dresses for some reason and no matter how many times I correct her she still does it.

Enjoy!

"I want my owls, blue Tinkerbell dress, and these stripes with my pink shoes and pigtails."

"I want my fish dress with rainbow tights and black shoes and yellow barrettes." ( I picked out the skirt because she didn't think it was necessary to actually cover her bum that day)
Photobucket
"Yellow Tinkerbell dress."  (I placed the T-shirt over her PJ top that she refused to take off and I finally talked into jeans instead of PJ bottoms.  I gave up on shoes and coming her hair and let Grammie deal with it.)

"My crazy skirt with my soft dress (a.k.a. the dig this chick N.C. shirt) blue tights with my pink shoes and pigtails."
Photobucket
"My pink skirt and stripes and star dress with my pretty brown shoes and blue barrettes."
Photobucket
"I want pink." (Dress picked by me because she was sad that she lost her TV privileges after spitting milk and I could only get "pink" out of her.)

"My blue dress, owls and purple with my pink shoes and orange barrettes."

I hope that brought a smile to your face today!

Yes, she may be the cutest thing ever. Well, I'd better reserve that considering my own little bitty! But, she's still PRETTY STINKIN CUTE! Love looking into your fun life w/ the blog, even though I don't always comment! :)

It's amazing but on day five Ivy and I wore the same thing! Love this!

Go ahead, show me some love....leave me a comment or thought.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog. It started out as a blog to keep my family and friends updated on the happenings in the Ward house while Chris and I raise our daughter Ivy, but it's turned into a little more than that for me. So sit back and enjoy because I'll be sharing all kinds of moments and memories from our life and keeping people as updated as I can on my brother Clifford, while he is deployed to Afghanistan.
While my stories may not always be happy, funny, or inspirational they are real. And it's pretty good therapy for me to write how I feel about things. So please excuse all my typos and run on sentences because I usually type like I talk and I don't stress too much over my grammatical errors. I hope everyone enjoys and keeps reading...oh, and leave me a comment, it makes my day!
