Ivy-isms: I think she was tired

Ivy: Hey Mommy, do you know what this is?(rubbing the back of her ear while laying on the couch)
Me: It's your ear Ivy.
Ivy: No, this part right here?
Me: Oh, it's the back of your ear.
Ivy: No, this part right here that goes inside!
Me: Oh, your ear canal? Or something else?
Ivy: No Mommy! I'll just tell you ok?!?!?!?!?
Me: OK.....
Ivy: It's the part with all the sparkles.....and they fly around.....and they sparkle.....and then you tie them......and they blink.....and flash.....and it's pink and purple and blue sparkles and light.
Me: (Blink, Blink) I think it's time for bed are you tired?
Ivy: A little bit.
Me: Wow.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog. It started out as a blog to keep my family and friends updated on the happenings in the Ward house while Chris and I raise our daughter Ivy, but it's turned into a little more than that for me. So sit back and enjoy because I'll be sharing all kinds of moments and memories from our life and keeping people as updated as I can on my brother Clifford, while he is deployed to Afghanistan.
While my stories may not always be happy, funny, or inspirational they are real. And it's pretty good therapy for me to write how I feel about things. So please excuse all my typos and run on sentences because I usually type like I talk and I don't stress too much over my grammatical errors.
