Ivy-isms: Smart

This is in the kitchen after dinner. I'm washing dishes, Chris is helping me and Ivy has just finished and is getting down from the table.

 Ivy: Mommy! You left your napkin on the table!
 Me: Oops I guess I did. Will you throw it away for me?
 Ivy: That's so silly Mommy! You shouldn't do that.
 Me: Oh well, sometimes I forget things.
 Ivy: Yeah. That's not smart to forget things Mommy!
 Me: .....
 Chris: (giggling)
 Me: Well everyone forgets stuff sometimes Ivy. (whispering) Shut it Chris!
 Ivy: Do you know what smart is Mommy?
 Me: ......
 Ivy: It's when you don't forget stuff! You forgot your napkin and you forget stuff when we leave in the morning and go back inside and get it!
 Chris: (muffled laughter)
 Me: ....(is this really happening?)
 Ivy: You shouldn't forget so much stuff Mommy and then you can be smart.
 Chris:  Tell her about it Ivy.
 Me: (to Chris) Have you guys been rehearsing this?
