My Mother's Day...a month late

Mother's Day was great! Ivy was a sweetie as usual and I got to go get a Mani and Pedi...something I love but hardly ever do. When Chris asked me what I wanted and all I said was a Mani and Pedi he was kind of shocked. But it really was what I wanted and I won't treat myself to them so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to do so. I normally go with the same color every time...Maroon. Chris hates it! He's always telling me to do something different...so I did...I went RED! And I think I like it.



We went to GG's for lunch and just relaxed and then played in the backyard. It doesn't matter how hot or how cold it is, if we are at GG's we end up in the backyard, it is so big and beautiful that it begs for you to come outside and play. Mom also made Ivy a new dress. As soon as she saw it she had to put it on right away! She loves her some Tinkerbell!

She was really fighting hard not to give me a kiss...but I got one anyway! :)



Even P-man gets in on the action in GG's backyard! Silly dog but we love him!


And of course Ivy can't go a day without picking flowers even if it's the yellow dandelion weeds. Only on this day she didn't want to pick real flowers...just GG's fake ones. And she was proud of them!


And 4 generations...because I always have to get one when Chris is near with a camera!
